Music and Drama Club
At DSS, every student is encouraged to express themselves artistically and develop their teamwork skills. This helps to build crucial abilities and self-confidence in addition to being entertaining, stimulating, and gratifying in and of itself. Drama is now an essential part of our co-curricular program and is taught across the school, allowing students to develop and gain important skills in self-discipline, organization, communication, and teamwork. Students who participate in the drama program at DSS develop into young adults with emotional intelligence who can have, express, and put into practice a creative vision. Science Club
A brand-new after-school program for underprivileged students is called Science Club. It is intended to bridge learning in order to fill the gaps mentioned above. Youth develop authentic science skills and receive help from scientist-mentors through weekly, inquiry-based small-group training in a dedicated laboratory setting.Students who participate in the drama program at DSS develop into young adults with emotional intelligence who can have, express, and put into practice a creative vision. Debate Club
Debates provide essential skills for students. It helps them build confidence, develop critical thinking skills, and foster collaboration and respect for their peers. Through debate training, students learn to communicate confidently and effectively, think critically, and work together as a team. Healthcare Club
It is to promote the well-being of the students and the teachers, to make the students key players in the transformation of their environment, and to transform the school as a place of promotion of health and human rights within the community.
Scripture Union/ Chapel
The club is a Christian charity, inviting children and young people to explore the difference Jesus can make to the challenges and adventures of life. We believe every child should have the chance to discover Jesus. And, with an estimated 65% of children in Uganda not part of a church, we're working harder than ever to take the good news of Jesus beyond the church in exciting and culturally relevant ways.
Sports Club
Our Multi-Sport club consists of a different sport every week, which enables children to participate in activities they may not usually try. Sports include basketball, Handball, and much more! The specific sport club enables children to participate in and improve in their chosen sport.
Writer’s club
